Coalition Psi-Stalker

Psi-stalkers are human mutations with psychic abilities in the Rifts role-playing game. They hunt supernatural creatures, and magic-users and feed off their psychic energies, like psychic vampires. Although most of them live in tribes in the wild, many have been "civilized" by the human supremacist Coalition States and are used as trackers and assassins. Because the Coalition fears all that is not clearly human, Coalition psi-stalkers are implanted with tracking chips and must wear armor that clearly identifies them as having psychic abilities.
